Email hello@mypropertytaxfighter.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order confirmation number. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your card issuer's processing time.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal — no need to contact us.

Annual subscribers receive a reminder email before their state's property tax protest deadline each year. To receive reminders, your email must be entered at the time of purchase in the annual plan checkout field. We do not send spam — protest deadline reminders only.
Your annual subscription is tied to your selected state. If you move or need to protest in a different state, contact us at hello@mypropertytaxfighter.com — we'll update your state at no extra charge.
The refund window closes the moment your protest letter first appears on your screen after clicking the generate button — regardless of whether you download it, print it, or submit it. Display of the letter is the point of delivery of the paid service.
Yes. Once you have paid access, you can regenerate your protest letter as many times as you'd like during your access period.
Because the app uses browser storage rather than accounts, clearing your browser data may remove your access token. Email us at hello@mypropertytaxfighter.com with your order confirmation and we'll restore your access.

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Property Tax Fighter LLC does not store your credit card information. Subscription management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal.
